These terms apply when you purchase or use a Kolvey data pack. By ordering, you agree to them.

The product

Kolvey provides public construction-permit market data packs: a weekly curated CSV of commercial permit records for a chosen metro and trade, plus a short buyer one-pager. Packs are built from public government open data. They do not include private consumer data and do not guarantee jobs, appointments, bids, or closed deals.

Orders and delivery

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and charged once per order. You must provide a valid delivery email and enough metro and trade information for us to prepare the correct pack. We deliver by email within one business day after successful payment and receipt of those details.

Sample and exclusive weeks

A Sample Week is non-exclusive. An Exclusive Week reserves one metro × trade lane for one buyer for seven days; Kolvey will not sell the same weekly pack for that lane to another buyer during the reservation. The reservation does not prevent others from independently accessing the underlying public records.

Permitted use

You may use a purchased pack inside your business for market research and lawful sales planning. You may not resell, republish, sublicense, or distribute the pack as a standalone data product. You are responsible for verifying records before acting and for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, and communications laws.

Data accuracy

Permit records can be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or changed by their public source. Kolvey curates the records with reasonable care but does not warrant that every record or public business detail is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Refunds and liability

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, Kolvey is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business decisions based on a pack. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
