Refunds

Kolvey packs are digital goods prepared for the metro and trade selected at checkout.

Delivery promise

We deliver your CSV and short one-pager by email within one business day after successful payment and receipt of complete metro and trade details.

When we refund

We will provide a full refund if we cannot fulfil the selected metro × trade pack, or if we do not deliver within one business day after receiving complete order details. If the delivered file is corrupted, materially incomplete, or for a different metro, trade, or order type than you selected, contact us within seven days. We will replace or correct it promptly; if we cannot, we will refund the order.

After correct delivery

Because the product is a digital data pack, correctly fulfilled orders are not refundable merely because a buyer does not win work from the records. Permit activity and business outcomes vary, and Kolvey does not guarantee jobs or closed deals.

How to request help

Email hello@kolvey.com with the email used at checkout, the order date, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
