Kolvey sells curated construction-permit market data packs made from public government open data. This notice explains the limited personal information we use to take and fulfil an order.

Information we collect

When you contact us or buy a pack, we may receive your name, business name, email address, selected metro and trade, order type, and messages you send us. Stripe processes payment-card and billing information for Checkout; Kolvey does not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use order and contact information to process payment, prepare and deliver your pack, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain order records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell customer contact information.

Data in Kolvey packs

Packs are built from public government permit records. Business contact details, when included, come from public permit fields or public business pages. Kolvey does not sell private consumer data.

Service providers and retention

We share the minimum information needed with providers that operate our checkout, email, and website, including Stripe, AgentMail, Vercel, and their infrastructure providers. We keep order and correspondence records only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry correspondence, subject to records we must retain for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
